QC Architectural was built on a simple frustration. Onsite finishing costs too much, takes too long and relies on too many variables outside anyone’s control.
Jack spent more than 15 years as a commercial painter. The job was not just applying coatings. It was returning to site repeatedly to fix damage caused by other trades, weather holds and construction variations. More scaffolding. More labour. More cost. Factory coating solves that problem before it starts.
The concept took shape seven years ago with a small automated coating operation in Brisbane’s western suburbs. In early 2023 QC Architectural was established from that growth, relocating to a facility in Carole Park, Queensland with significant investment in large scale automated equipment.
In 2023, Jack and Meg joined forces. Trade knowledge and hands on operational experience paired with a background in real estate and property development. The business has grown with both sides of that in place ever since.
Prefinished materials cut site time, reduce scaffold costs and remove reliance on trades working in conditions nobody can control. Done right in a factory environment, the result is consistent, warranted and ready to install. That is the problem QC Architectural was built to solve.
Building smarter. More cost effective. Better outcomes, first time.
